As a result of heavy discounts, all consolidated tickets are not - refundable and not changeable. In the event of a cancellation or change, cancellation or change penalty might apply. We strongly recommend travel insurance. Netfare.net makes every effort to confirm reservations (per passenger request). Passengers are responsible for all visa and passport documentation.
Once confirmed and received, please review your travel
information/documents for accuracy on items such as:

If the are any discrepancies at all, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATION. If Netfare.net does not receive a written notice of a discrepancy within 24 hours, it acknowledges that the travel information/documents received has been reviewed and as accurate as received. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS GRACE PERIOD (discrepancies only). Netfare.net reserves the right to charge service fees.
All reservations must be reconfirmed 72 hours prior to the
scheduled departure time directly with Airlines. This is a mandatory procedure
and we advise you to follow it for your protection as well as for ours.
Re-confirming your reservation will allow Netfare.net to serve YOU better. This will allow you to review and reconfirm your flight information and ticketing directly with an airline representative, as well as give us enough time to fix and/or correct any errors that might have taken place. In the event of non-reconfirmation, or Visa/Passport issues, Netfare.net shall not be responsible for denied boarding.
To finalize your purchase, it is necessary for us to receive a
completed and signed Shipping Authorization Form.

Can I make changes to my ticket?
Reserved tickets can be changed for a fee. Netfare.net will change your ticket for you whether it is before or during your trip. Our agents are available through email almost 24 hours a day and over the phone be 8:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m PST.
If you need a change made you may either call your agent or use our contact
form to request assistance. Even after you leave you can rely on us to continue
to give you premium service regardless of where you are.
Can I cancel or refund my ticket?
Most of our tickets are non-refundable and can not be cancelled . Tickets which can be refunded will only be refunded with a cancellation fee these vary from ailrine to airline and fare to fare so please ask your agent.
Visas and Passports
Netfare.net shell not be responsible for any visa or passports issues. Netfare.net acts as a broker on a purchased airfare only and can not be responsible for providing the passenger with the information pertaining to Visa's and Passport issues. Please make sure that you have all necessary travel documentation prior to purchasing your tickets as most of the airline tickets that we sell are not refundable and not changeable.
How is my ticket shipped and can I track it?
Netfare.net ships our tickets through UPS. If you woul like to find out any information about the status of your package please submit a tracking number request on our shipping page.
When will I recieve my ticket?
Tickets are received from the issuing wholesalers in five to ten
business days, and subsequently are sent out according to the type chosen on
the "shipping authorization form".
Please note: all tickets are issued by a third party (an issuing agency);
which, sometimes results in delays. If necessary, please check with your agent
to arrange a rush delivery.
